Privacy PolicyTsota

Tsota is an app for learning Georgian, made by Dmitry Ivanenko, an independent developer ("I", "me"). This policy explains what happens to your data when you use Tsota and its widgets. The short version: your learning data stays on your device, and I only receive what you choose to send me when you contact support.

Data that stays on your device

Your lessons, cards, review history, settings and widget choices are stored only on your device. Tsota has no account, no sign-in and no server of its own, and it does not sync this data anywhere. Like any other app data, it is included in your device backups (iCloud or computer) if you have them turned on; those backups are handled by Apple under your backup settings.

Deleting Tsota deletes this data from your device.

What Tsota does not do

• No analytics, advertising or tracking SDKs, and no third-party services that collect data.
• No tracking across apps and websites, and no advertising identifier.
• No selling or sharing of your data with anyone.

Reminders are local notifications scheduled on your device; no push server is involved. When Tsota asks you to rate it, it uses Apple's standard rating prompt.

When you contact support

Contacting me is always your choice. You can reach me:

• By email to support@noxt.me. When Tsota opens a draft email for you, it adds the app version, iOS version and device model to the message; you can see and remove them before sending.
• Through the feedback form in the app. It sends your message, the email address you enter (optional), and the app version, iOS version, device model and language/region setting.
• Through the form on the support page. It sends your message, the name and email address you enter (both optional), and a topic if you choose one.

I receive this information as a message in my own Telegram chat, delivered through this website's server (hosted on Vercel). Your IP address is used for a short time to limit spam and is not stored or forwarded. Email is received in my mailbox at iCloud Mail.

I use what you send only to reply to you and to find and fix problems in Tsota. I don't add it to any mailing list and don't share it with anyone. You can ask me to delete your messages at any time by writing to support@noxt.me.

Data from Apple

If you agreed to share diagnostics and usage data with app developers in your device settings, Apple may give me aggregated crash reports and usage statistics through App Store Connect. They don't identify you, and Apple's privacy policy applies to them.

Children

Tsota doesn't collect personal data from anyone, including children. If a child sends a support message, I will delete it on request.

Changes to this policy

If Tsota starts handling data differently, I will update this policy before that version of the app is released and change the effective date above. The address of this page stays the same.
